1) We use Romancart software and Paypal to process orders made on this site. This means that your financial details like credit card number, security code etc are not stored by us and are safely encrypted by the software used.

2) The only details that we keep are your order details -  and we do not share this information with any other party.

3) We ship most items by Royal Mail Second Class Postage. Postage costs are weight based and will depend on the total weight of the items that you order. We do not make a profit on postage. Bulky and heavy items are sent by Parcelforce and prices charged depend on weight and size.

4) Cancellation of orders and return of items: We allow 14 days for you to return items which are not suitable for any reason. Goods returned must be returned within this time period in original condition. Refunds will be given for returned items received in good condition and will include costs of shipping charged when the order was placed.

5) We will replace any faulty items on receipt of the returns, or offer you a refund if you prefer. If you find any faults please email us in the first instance for advice. EMAIL
